Engineered a suite of Python tools to develop and automate critical workflows, reducing manual effort and errors. Cleaned and transformed messy, text-based datasets into accurate spatial data using powerful spatial and network analysis libraries such as Arcpy, GeoPandas and OSMnx, enabling faster, data-driven responses to the dynamic maintenance demands of NYC's streets.

Developed an ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app, enabling field teams to efficiently verify, correct, and document thousands of DOT assets on-site. Designed robust backend systems to seamlessly integrate field data and photos into spatial databases and track historical changes over time. Created user guides and led team trainings to ensure smooth adoption and consistent system usage.

Contributed to the design, production, and deployment of WalkNYC, New York City’s pedestrian and bicycle wayfinding program. Produced map graphics, collaborated with vendors for printing and installation, and developed JSX scripts to automate graphic generation and streamline production workflows.
